Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they are marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office

  2. Contact the shipping carrier

  3. Contact us if you need additional assistance


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
